This Privacy Policy explains how FoudaTech Solutions ("FoudaTech", "we", "us") handles personal data. FoudaTech is an independent software engineering practice based in Accra, Ghana, providing custom web, mobile, and AI development and the Interactive Tower Maps service. 2. Information we collect

Information you submit — when you use our contact or demo-request forms, we collect your name, email, phone number, company/development details, any tower images or files you upload, and the contents of your message.
Usage data — basic analytics about how visitors use the site (pages viewed, device, approximate location, referrer), collected via Google Analytics.
Technical data — server logs and standard request information (IP address, browser type) generated when you visit the site.

3. How we use your information

To respond to your inquiries and build the free demos you request.
To provide, operate, and improve our services, including Interactive Tower Maps.
To send service-related communications relevant to a project or subscription.
To understand site usage and improve content and performance.

We do not sell your personal data.

4. Client data in the Tower Maps service

When you engage our Interactive Tower Maps service, you may provide unit data, pricing, availability, and images for your development. We process this information solely to build and operate your tower map on your behalf. You retain ownership of your project data, and you control whether your map is public or private. 5. Cookies & analytics

We use Google Analytics, which sets cookies to measure site usage. You can block cookies in your browser settings; the site remains functional without them. We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.

6. Service providers

We rely on a small number of trusted processors to run our services, including website hosting and form handling, and Google Analytics for usage measurement. These providers process data only as needed to deliver their service to us.

7. Data retention

We keep inquiry and project data only as long as needed to provide our services and meet legal or accounting obligations, after which it is deleted or anonymised. You may request deletion at any time.

8. Your rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, and you may object to certain processing. To exercise any right, email contact@foudatech.com and we will respond within a reasonable time.

9. International transfers

We operate from Ghana and serve clients worldwide. Where data is processed in another country (for example, by our hosting or analytics providers), we take reasonable steps to ensure it remains protected.

10. Children

Our services are intended for businesses and are not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect data from children.

11. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The "last updated" date above reflects the latest version.
