Data ownership
Your project data — unit details, pricing, availability, and images — belongs to you. We process it solely to build and operate your tower map on your behalf, and we never sell it or use it for advertising. You decide whether your map is public or private, and you can request a copy or deletion of your data at any time.
Hosting & infrastructure
Our website and tower maps are served over reputable, managed cloud infrastructure with HTTPS encryption in transit by default. Hosting includes the uptime and delivery layer so your map stays fast and online for your buyers.
Encryption
All traffic to our site and hosted tower maps is encrypted in transit using HTTPS/TLS. Dashboard access is protected by authentication.
Access control
Access to your dashboard and data is restricted to your authorised team and to FoudaTech personnel who need it to deliver and support the service. We follow the principle of least privilege.
Availability & maintenance
We aim to keep hosted maps available and performant, and we perform updates and maintenance to keep them secure and reliable. While we do not guarantee uninterrupted service, we make reasonable efforts to minimise disruption and to keep your map online during your sales cycle.
Service providers
We use a small number of trusted infrastructure and analytics providers to operate the Services. These providers process data only as needed to deliver their service to us, under their own security commitments.
Incident response
If we become aware of a security incident affecting your data, we will investigate promptly and notify you without undue delay where appropriate, along with the steps we are taking.
Your part
Security is shared. Please keep your dashboard credentials confidential, use strong passwords, and let us know immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access.
