Flask is my framework of choice when a project demands a lean, highly customized Python backend without the overhead of a full monolithic framework. I build RESTful APIs, webhook processors, and AI inference servers with Flask — keeping the codebase minimal, testable, and deployable to any cloud provider. My Flask architectures follow strict separation of concerns: Blueprints for modularity, SQLAlchemy for database abstraction, and custom middleware for authentication and rate limiting. When integrated with machine learning pipelines, Flask serves as the lightweight bridge between trained models and production frontends, handling serialization, caching, and graceful error recovery.
